Biography

Chang Kyung Sung (S95-M01) received his B.S. (Cum Laude) and M.S. derees in computer science and engineering from Sogang University, Seoul, Korea, in 1994 and 1997, respectively, and Ph.D. degree in radio science and engineering from Korea University, Seoul, Korea, in 2007. He was with Samsung Electronics from 1997 to 2008 as a senior engineer and involved projects for developing several commercial wireless systems such as CDMA, EVDO and mobile WiMAX. From 2008, he joined CSIRO ICT Centre in Australia. His research interests are in the area of signal processing for communications, wireless communication theory, optimization theory, and information theory.
